Hi guys I have set exch 2003 public folder replicas to exch 2007 pubilc folder servers, now I need to know the next steps to remove the public folder servers in exch 2003? Do I just remove the 2003 replicas? What is the actual process, do you have to re-home the public folders to 2007, if so. Hello Jasonbvh, Thank you for your post!
How to force Exchange Server Public Folder Removal Posted on November 24, 2011 by haythamalex After I have upgraded my Exchange Server 2007 to Exchange 2010. Now it is time to uninstall Exchange 2007. Of course as every body know without removing Public Folder Replica, Exchange MB will not be uninstalled.
We are migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. I have written a script that should show the list of replicas on each public folder which will help me make sure all Public folders are replicated to Exchange 2010.
